OBJECTIVE:

Create a comprehensive book on the future of a random, well-researched, topic. Experiment with designing various typographic layouts that builds off of the assumption that the future holds no boundaries for the possible evolution of the topic.

 

APPROACH:

The future of 3D printing was the topic assigned. I selected articles and photography around the concepts of architecture and the evolution of 3D to 4D printing. I looked into how 4D printed objects would assemble themselves and function like a strand of DNA and have the ability to transform into any shape and size, and focused on how printed technologies affect design and how we live in the future.
